Pay at Termination. Employee’s wages and compensation earned through the Termination Date, including any accrued and unused vacation accrued through the Termination Date, shall be paid as of the Termination Date.

Compensation Through Termination Date. On the Termination Date, the Company shall issue to Employee his final paycheck, reflecting # Employee’s fully earned but unpaid base salary, through the Termination Date at the rate then in effect, and # all accrued, unused vacation or paid time off due Employee through the Termination Date. Subject to Sections 2(b) and (d) below, Employee acknowledges and agrees that with his final check, Employee received all monies, bonuses, commissions, expense reimbursements, paid time off, or other compensation he earned or was due during his employment by the Company.
