Further, except under circumstances specified in this Plan, an Eligible Employee shall not be eligible to receive Severance Benefits upon his termination of employment if the Eligible Employee receives severance benefits pursuant to another plan, policy, program or arrangement providing benefits upon a termination of employment or other separation from service.

An Eligible Employee who experiences a termination of employment that is not an Involuntary Termination or a Good Reason Resignation shall not be eligible to receive Severance Benefits under the Plan. Specifically, and without limiting the foregoing, an Eligible Employee shall not be eligible to receive Severance Benefits upon the Eligible Employee’s:

An Eligible Employee who is offered or entitled to receive payments in the nature of severance pay under a Related Severance Plan is not eligible for Severance Benefits under this Plan.

Section # Other Terminations. If the Eligible Employee’s employment terminates on account of a reason other than an Involuntary Termination or a Good Reason Resignation or the Eligible Employee does not otherwise satisfy the conditions of Section 3.2, the Eligible Employee shall not be entitled to receive Severance Benefits under this Plan and shall be entitled only to those benefits (if any) as may be available under the Company’s then-existing benefit plans and policies at the time of such termination.
