Benefits. The Employee will continue to participate in all benefit plans generally available to Employees of the Company, subject to meeting applicable eligibility requirements of such plans.

Benefits. You shall continue to be eligible to participate in the employee benefit plans that are generally made available to the employees of the Company, subject to their terms and conditions.

Employee Benefits. As a Company employee, you will continue to be eligible to participate in applicable Company’s employee benefit programs in accordance with their terms.

Benefits. During Employee’s employment with the Company, Employee shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans, practices, and programs maintained by the Company, as in effect from time to time (collectively, “Employee Benefit Plans”), on a basis which is no less favorable than is provided to other similarly situated employees of the Company, to the extent consistent with applicable law and the terms of the applicable Employee Benefit Plans. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate any Employee Benefit Plans, at any time in its sole discretion, subject to the terms of such Employee Benefit Plan and applicable law.

Benefits. You shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and programs made available by the Company to the Company’s executives generally, in accordance with the eligibility and participation provisions of such plans and programs and as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time.
