Payments. Borrower shall default in the payment when due of any principal or interest of any Loan or any Note, and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of three Business Days; or

Failure to Pay. Borrower shall fail to pay when due any principal, interest or other payment required under the terms of this Agreement or any other Transaction Document on the date due and such payment shall not have been made within three (3) Business Days of the due date; or

the Borrower shall fail to pay any interest on any Loan or any fee or any other amount (other than an amount payable under subsection # of this Section or an amount related to a Bank Product Obligation) payable under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, when and as the same shall become due and payable, and such failure shall continue unremedied for a period of three (3) Business Days; or
