Benefits. During the term of your employment, you will be eligible to participate in FibroGen’s benefits program, which may include FibroGen's standard vacation benefits and other employee benefits such as medical, vision and dental health insurance, covering employees and officers. These benefits may be modified or subject to change from time to time. A copy of FibroGen's current benefits summary has been provided to you.
BENEFITS. Employee will (subject to applicable eligibility requirements) receive such other benefits as are provided from time to time to other similarly-situated employees of the Company pursuant to the Company’s policies and procedures as they may be instituted from time to time. All such benefits are subject to the provisions of their respective plan documents in accordance with their terms. Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Company has the unilateral right to amend, modify or terminate its employee benefit plans or policies to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in benefits under the Company’s benefit plans and arrangements, including, without limitation, any employee benefit plan or arrangement made available in the future by the Company to its senior management, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans and arrangements. The Company shall have the right to amend or delete any such benefit plan or arrangement made available by the Company to its senior management and not otherwise specifically provided for herein.
Benefits. Subject to Section 2(d)(ii) below, Executive’s entitlement to benefits from the Company, and eligibility to participate in the Company’s benefit plans, shall cease on the Separation Date, except to the extent Executive elects to and is eligible to receive continued healthcare coverage pursuant to the provisions of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended (“COBRA”), for himself and any covered dependents, in accordance with the provisions of COBRA.

Benefits. You will be eligible to participate in the employee welfare and benefit programs of the Company at the level available to other members of the Company’s executive management. Participation in Company benefits programs is subject to meeting the relevant eligibility requirements, payment of the required premiums, and the terms of the plans themselves.
Benefits. During the Term, Employee shall be entitled to participate in such group benefit (including medical, dental and vision), perquisite and vacation programs or agreements as Employer may in its discretion make available to its employees generally from time to time (“Employee Benefits”). Such Employee Benefits can be adjusted, reduced or eliminated as determined by Employer from time to time; provided that, health and medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverages initially shall be as described in [Schedule D] attached hereto, and any amendment to such benefits shall provide comparable benefits at comparable cost to Employee.
Benefits. All benefits payable to the Executive under any employee benefit plans (including, without limitation any pension plans or 401(k) plans) of the Company or any of its Affiliates applicable to the Executive at the time of termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company and all amounts and benefits (other than the Conditional Benefits) which are vested or which the Executive is otherwise entitled to receive under the terms of or in accordance with any plan, policy, practice or program of, or any contract or agreement with, the Company, at or subsequent to the Termination Date without regard to the performance by the Executive of further services or the resolution of a contingency, shall be paid or provided in accordance with and subject to the terms and provisions of such plans, it being understood that all such benefits shall be determined on the basis of the actual date of termination of the Executive’s employment with the Company.
Benefits. Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, the Benefits of any Employee; provided, however, that for purposes of this paragraph, personnel expenses associated with the performance of work duties, including those described in line 10 of Financial Reporting [Schedule P]-6, Form 41, as published by the Department of Transportation, may be reduced to the extent the associated work duties are not performed.
Benefits. The Executive shall be eligible to participate in all employee benefit plans, arrangements, and perquisites provided by the Company to senior executive officers, including, but not limited to, retirement plans, supplemental retirement plans, pension plans, profit-sharing plans, health-and-accident plans, medical coverage or any other employee benefit plan or arrangement made available by the Company and as amended in the normal course of business. Nothing in this Agreement prohibits the Company from amending, modifying, or terminating any plan, program, or arrangement in which Executive participates, in accordance with the terms of the underlying plan documents.
