Parties Bound. The terms, provisions, and agreements that are contained in this Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and permitted successors and assigns, subject to the limitation on assignment expressly set forth herein.

The terms and provisions of this Agreement will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, their successors, assigns, personal representatives, estate, heirs and legatees but are not intended to confer upon any other person any rights or remedies hereunder.

The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and accrue to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.

No person shall be permitted to acquire any Awarded Shares without first executing and delivering an agreement in the form satisfactory to the Company making such person or entity subject to the restrictions on transfer contained herein.

Binding Terms. This Agreement and the terms and provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the Parties hereto and their legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns as described herein.

This Agreement and the terms, covenants, conditions, provisions, obligations, undertakings, rights, and benefits hereof, shall be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, the undersigned parties and their heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

This Agreement, and all the terms and provisions contained herein, shall bind the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of each party, and inure to the benefit of each party, its agents, directors, officers, employees, servants, successors, and assigns.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, successors and assigns.
