Benefit. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and its legal representatives, successors and assigns. This Note shall inure [[Organization A:Organization]] benefit of Holder and its legal representatives, successors and assigns. Any assignment by Holder may be made only with the prior written consent of the Company and any assignment made without such consent shall be void.

Successors and Assigns. This Note shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company and the Holder and their respective successors and permitted assigns. The Company may not voluntarily or involuntarily transfer, convey, or assign this Note, or any of its duties or obligations hereunder, without the Holder's prior written consent, which may be withheld for any reason, or for no reason at all. As used herein, the term "Holder" shall mean and include the successors and permitted assigns of the Holder.

Assignment, Etc. The Holder may assign or transfer this Note to any transferee at its sole discretion. This Note shall be binding upon [[Organization B:Organization]] and its successors and shall inure to the benefit of the Holder and its successors and permitted assigns.

Assignment. The provisions of this Note shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of each of the Company and Holder and their respective successors and assigns, provided that the Company shall not have the right to assign its rights and obligations hereunder or any interest herein. This Note may be endorsed, assigned and transferred in whole or in part by Holder to any other Person.

Binding Effect. This Note shall be binding upon the Company and the successors and assigns of the Company and shall inure to the benefit of Holder and the successors and assigns of Holder.
