Benefit of Agreement. The terms and provisions of this Security Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Grantor, Secured Party and their respective successors and assigns, except that Grantor shall not have the right to assign its rights or delegate its Secured Obligations under this Security Agreement or any interest herein, without the prior written consent of Secured Party.

Benefit of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective executors, administrators, successors and assigns. Orion will require any successor (whether direct or indirect, by purchase, merger, consolidation or otherwise) to all or substantially all of the business and/or assets of Orion to assume expressly and agree to perform this Agreement in the same manner and to the same extent that Orion would be required to perform it if no such succession had taken place. As used in this Agreement, “Orion” shall mean Orion as hereinbefore defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law, or otherwise.

BENEFIT OF AGREEMENT. Subject to the provisions of the Plan and the other provisions hereof, this Agreement shall be for the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

The rights and obligations of [[SITE Centers:Organization]] under this Agreement will inure to the benefit of, and will be binding on, [[SITE Centers:Organization]] and its successors and assigns, and the rights and obligations (other than obligations to perform services) of Executive under this Agreement will inure to the benefit of, and will be binding upon, Executive and Executive’s heirs, personal representatives, and assigns.

Benefit of Agreement. Subject to Section 7, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Issuer, the Trustee and the Custodian and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Subject to the provisions of the Plan and the other provisions hereof, this Award shall be for the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

Subject to the provisions hereof, this Agreement shall be for the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

Successors and Assigns

This Commitment Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and permitted assigns of each of the Borrowers and the successors and permitted assigns of the Lender.
