Designation of Beneficiary. In the event a Participant dies while entitled to a payment under the Plan, such payments shall be made to the beneficiary(ies) designated by the Participant in writing to the Company or, in the absence of such written designation, to the Participant’s estate.
Designation of Beneficiary. Each Director shall have the right to designate a beneficiary who is to succeed to his right to receive payments hereunder in the event of the Director’s death (each, a “Designated Beneficiary”). Any Designated Beneficiary will receive payments in the same manner as the applicable Director if he had lived. In the event of a Director failing to designate a beneficiary under this [Section 4.3] or upon the death of a Designated Beneficiary without a designated successor, the balance of the amounts contained in the Director’s Deferred Compensation Account, if any, shall be payable in accordance with Section 4.2 to the Director’s estate in full. No designation of a beneficiary or change in beneficiary shall be valid unless in writing signed by the Director and filed with the Administrator. A Designated Beneficiary may be changed without the consent of any prior beneficiary.

Your beneficiary for receipt of any payment made under this Award Agreement in the event of your death shall be the person(s) designated as your beneficiary(ies) on a form prescribed by the Company. If no beneficiary is designated, upon your death, payment shall be made to your estate.

Designation of Beneficiary. In the event that any amount payable to the Executive as provided by this Agreement remains outstanding upon the death of the Executive, the amount due shall be payable to a beneficiary as designated by the Executive, in the same manner as set forth by this Agreement, or if no beneficiary is named, to the trustee of the Executive’s revocable living trust, and if none to the trustee of the Executive’s testamentary trust, and if none to the personal representative of the Executive’s estate.
Designation of Beneficiary. To the extent permitted by the Administrator and valid under applicable law, each grantee to whom an Award has been made under the Plan may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to exercise any Award or receive any payment under any Award payable on or after the grantee’s death. Any such designation shall be on a form provided for that purpose by the Administrator and shall not be effective until received by the Administrator. If no beneficiary has been designated by a deceased grantee, or if the designated beneficiaries have predeceased the grantee, the beneficiary shall be the grantee’s estate or legal heirs.

Each Grantee may, with the consent of the Committee, designate a person or persons to receive in the event of his/her death, any Option or Award or any amount payable pursuant thereto, to which he/she would then be entitled. Such designation will be made upon forms supplied by and delivered to the Company and may be revoked in writing. If a Grantee fails effectively to designate a beneficiary, then his/her estate will be deemed to be the beneficiary.
Upon commencement of membership, each Member shall name one or more persons as the Beneficiary who will receive any distribution payable under the Plan in the event of the Members death in accordance with procedures established by the Company. If the Member has not made an effective designation of a Beneficiary or if none of the named Beneficiaries is living when any distribution is to be made, then # the spouse of the deceased Member shall be the Beneficiary or # if the Member has no spouse living at the time of such distribution, then the living children of the deceased Member shall be the Beneficiaries in equal shares or # if the Member has neither spouse nor children living at the time of such payment, the estate of the Member shall be the Beneficiary. The Member may change his designation of a Beneficiary from time to time in accordance with procedures established by the Company. Any other provision of this Subsection # notwithstanding, in the case of a married Member, any designation of a person other than his spouse as Beneficiary shall be effective only if the spouse consents to the designation in writing and such written consent is witnessed by a notary public.
Participant Survived by Designated Beneficiary. Subject to the provisions of this Article IV A, if the Participant dies on or after the date distributions begin and there is a Designated Beneficiary, the minimum amount that will be distributed for each
