Beneficiary contract clause examples

Beneficiary. Means the beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the Participant, in accordance with Section 10.03, to receive any amounts distributable under the Plan upon his death.

Beneficiary” means one or more persons, trusts, estates or other entities, designated by a Participant in accordance with [Section 10.2], or in the absence of such designation, the persons specified in [Section 10.3], that are entitled to receive benefits under this Plan upon the death of a Participant.

Beneficiary” means, with respect to each Participant, the recipient or recipients designated by the Participant who are, upon the Participant’s death, entitled in accordance with the Plan’s terms to receive the benefits to be paid with respect to the Participant.

Beneficiary” means the person or persons who are designated by the Participant or are otherwise entitled to receive benefits under the Plan in the event of the Participant’s death, as provided in [Section 6(d)] hereof.

Beneficiary” shall mean the person or persons designated by the Participant to receive any benefits under the Plan upon the death of the Participant. If no Beneficiary survives the Participant, or the Participant fails to designate a Beneficiary, any benefits payable upon the death of the Participant shall be paid to the Participant’s estate.

Beneficiary” means the person or entity entitled to receive a Participant’s death benefits under Section 7.05, if any, remaining after the Participant’s death. A Participant’s Beneficiary shall be determined as provided in Section 7.08.

(c) “Beneficiary” means the person, persons, trust, or trusts that have been designated by a Participant in his or her most recent written beneficiary designation filed with the Committee to receive the benefits specified under the Plan upon such Participant’s death or to which Awards or other rights are transferred if and to the extent permitted under Section 10(b) hereof. If, upon a Participant’s death, there is no designated Beneficiary or surviving designated Beneficiary, then the term Beneficiary means the person, persons, trust or trusts entitled by will or the laws of descent and distribution to receive such benefits.

Beneficiary” means a person designated by a Participant in accordance with Section 14 of the Plan to receive, in the event of the Participant’s death, any Shares remaining to be delivered with respect to the Participant under the Plan.

Beneficiary” means the persons, trusts, estates, or other entities entitled under [Section 8.2] to receive benefits under the Plan upon the death of a Participant.

Beneficiary” shall mean the person(s) designated by the Participant in a written instrument delivered pursuant to the Plan to receive a payment due under the Plan upon the Participant’s death, signed by the Participant and delivered to the Company prior to the Participant’s death or, if no such written instrument is on file, the Participant’s estate.
