Beneficiary. Participant may file with the Committee a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation. If no designated beneficiary survives Participant, the executor or administrator of Participant’s estate shall be deemed to be Participant’s beneficiary.

Any beneficiary designation may be changed by a Participant without the consent of any previously designated beneficiary or any other person by the filing of a new beneficiary designation with the Committee. The filing of a new beneficiary designation shall cancel all beneficiary designations previously filed.

Beneficiary. The Committee may permit the Grantee to file with the Company a written designation of a beneficiary on such form as may be prescribed by the Committee and may, from time to time, amend or revoke such designation. In the absence of any such designation or if all designated beneficiaries predecease the Grantee, the Grantee’s estate shall be deemed to be the Grantee’s beneficiary.

Beneficiary. The Optionee may designate the beneficiary or beneficiaries to exercise this Option (or to receive any Option Shares issuable hereunder) after the death of the Optionee. Such designation may be made by the Optionee on the enclosed beneficiary designation form and (unless the Optionee has waived such right) may be changed by the Optionee from time to time by filing a new beneficiary designation form with the Committee. If the Optionee does not designate a beneficiary or if no designated beneficiary(ies) survives the Optionee, the Optionee's beneficiary will be the legal representative of the Optionee's estate.

All beneficiary designations will be in such form and manner as the Administrator may designate from time to time.

Beneficiary. A Participant may from time to time designate in writing, in a manner acceptable to the Company, a beneficiary to receive payment under the Award after the Participant’s death.

Beneficiary. Unless otherwise specifically designated by the Participant in writing, a Participant’s beneficiary under the Equity LTI Plan shall be the Participant’s spouse or, if no spouse survives the Participant, the Participant’s estate.
