designates a Beneficiary and thereafter revokes such designation without naming another Beneficiary, or

I understand that I may change this beneficiary designation by delivering a new written designation to the Administrator, which shall be effective only upon receipt by the Administrator prior to my death. I further understand that the designation will be automatically revoked if the Beneficiary predeceases me or if I have named my spouse as Beneficiary and our marriage is subsequently dissolved.
Any designation shall be revocable at any time through filing of a new beneficiary designation form in accordance with procedures established by the Committee with or without the consent of the previous Beneficiary.
A Participant shall designate his Beneficiary by completing a Beneficiary Designation Form, and returning it to the Committee or its designated agent, in accordance with the Committee’s rules and procedures, as in effect from time to time. A Participant shall have the right to change his Beneficiary by completing and submitting to the Committee (or its designated agent) a revised Beneficiary Designation Form in accordance with the Committee’s rules and procedures, as in effect from time to time. Upon receipt by the Committee (or its designated agent) of a revised Beneficiary Designation Form, all Beneficiary designations previously filed shall be deemed canceled. The Committee shall rely on the last Beneficiary Designation Form received by the Committee (or its designated agent) prior to the Participant’s death.
Designation of Beneficiary: The Participant hereby designates the following individual as the beneficiary of this Agreement:
RESOLVED, that [Section 8.2] of the Plan is hereby amended to conform the Plan's beneficiary designation procedures with those under the Corporation's Supplemental Retirement 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan by clarifying that (i) a married participant must designate his or her spouse as the beneficiary unless such spouse consents in writing to the designation of another beneficiary, (ii) the default beneficiary of a married participant shall be the spouse and (iii) a Participant's divorce decree will not revoke an existing beneficiary designation, to read as amended in [Exhibit A] ("Amendment"); and
