To be effective, each designation must be in writing on a form provided by the Committee and must be signed by the Participant and filed with the Committee prior to the Participant’s death. Each Participant may name one or more primary Beneficiaries and one or more contingent Beneficiaries; provided that if a Participant names more than one Beneficiary, the Participant shall designate the percentage payable to each. A Participant may from time to time revoke or change his or her Beneficiaries designation without the consent of any Beneficiary by filing a new designation with the Committee, and each change will revoke all prior designations of Beneficiaries.
