Designation of Beneficiary. Your beneficiary for receipt of any payment made under this Award Agreement in the event of your death shall be the person(s) designated as your beneficiary(ies) on a form prescribed by the Company. If no beneficiary is designated, upon your death, payment shall be made to your estate.

Designation of Beneficiary. Each Participant may designate a beneficiary or beneficiaries to exercise any Award or receive a payment under any Award payable on or after the Participant’s death. Any such designation shall be on a written or electronic form approved by the Committee and shall be effective upon its receipt by the Company or an agent selected by the Company.

Beneficiary Designation. The Awardee may designate one or more beneficiaries, from time to time, to whom any benefit under this Agreement is to be paid in case of Awardee’s death. Each designation must be in writing, signed by Awardee and delivered to the Company. Each new designation will revoke all prior designations.
