That he or she has the right to designate the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries, and thereafter to change the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries, of any death benefit payable under the Plan, by completing and delivering to the Company a Beneficiary Designation in the form specified by the Plan Administrator.

Each Participant shall have the rightright, at any time, to designate thea Beneficiary or Beneficiaries, and thereafterBeneficiaries to changereceive, in the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries,event of any death benefitthe Participant’s death, those benefits payable under the Plan, by completing and delivering toPlan. The Beneficiary(is) designated under this Plan may be the Company asame as or different from the Beneficiary Designation indesignation made under any other plan of the form specified by the Plan Administrator.Employer.

The Participant shall have the rightright, at any time, to designate theany person or persons as Beneficiary or Beneficiaries,(both primary and thereaftercontingent) to change the Beneficiary or Beneficiaries, of any death benefit payablewhom payment under the Plan, by completing and deliveringPlan shall be made in the event of the Participant's death. The Beneficiary designation shall be effective when it is submitted in writing to the CompanyAdministrator during the Participant's lifetime on a Beneficiary Designation in the form specifiedprescribed by the Plan Administrator.
