Beneficiary. Beneficiary means the person or persons designated by an Eligible Employee who are to receive any amounts payable under the Plan following the death of the Eligible Employee.

Beneficiary” means, with respect to each Participant, the recipient or recipients designated by the Participant who are, upon the Participant’s death, entitled in accordance with the Plan’s terms to receive the benefits to be paid with respect to the Participant.

Beneficiary” means a person entitled to receive payments or other benefits or exercise rights that are available under the Plan in the event of the Participant’s death. If no such person is named by a Participant, or if no Beneficiary designated by the Participant is eligible to receive payments or other benefits or exercise rights that are available under the Plan at the Participant’s death, such Participant’s Beneficiary shall be such Participant’s estate.

Beneficiary. Means the beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the Participant, in accordance with Section 10.03, to receive any amounts distributable under the Plan upon his death.

Beneficiary” shall mean the person or persons designated by the Participant to receive any benefits under the Plan upon the death of the Participant. If no Beneficiary survives the Participant, or the Participant fails to designate a Beneficiary, any benefits payable upon the death of the Participant shall be paid to the Participant’s estate.

Beneficiary” means one or more persons, trusts, estates or other entities, designated by a Participant in accordance with [Section 10.2], or in the absence of such designation, the persons specified in [Section 10.3], that are entitled to receive benefits under this Plan upon the death of a Participant.

Beneficiary” means the persons, trusts, estates, or other entities entitled under [Section 8.2] to receive benefits under the Plan upon the death of a Participant.
