No Beneficiaries. Except for third-party indemnitees and beneficiaries as provided by [Sections 4.7 and 9.2]2], nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to give any rights to any person or entity other than the Parties hereto and their successors and permitted assigns.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as otherwise provided in [Sections 8.2, 8.3, and 9], this Agreement is for the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns, and nothing herein, express or implied, confers on any other person any legal or equitable right, benefit, or remedy of any nature under or by reason of this Agreement.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly provided in Section 7.4 and Section 10.2, nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any party, other than the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns, any rights or remedies under this Agreement or otherwise create any third party beneficiary hereto.

Section # Third Party Beneficiaries. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall operate or are intended to operate for the benefit of, any Person other than the Parties hereto, and no other Person shall have any rights under or with respect hereto (except to the limited extent expressly provided for with respect to any Indemnitee under Section 9.04).

No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as may be otherwise expressly and specifically set out in this Agreement, nothing herein is intended, nor shall be construed, to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their successors or permitted assigns, any rights, benefits or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person, except as otherwise set forth in [Section 4.7] and this [Section 5.8].

No Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective permitted successors and assigns, and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person, other than the Indemnitees referred to in Section ‎9(k).

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. There are no third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer on any Person other than the parties hereto (and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns), any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities, except as specifically set forth in this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns and is not for the benefit of, nor may any provision hereof be enforced by, any other Person, except as otherwise set forth in Section 4.8.

Section # No Third Party Beneficiaries. Except as set forth in [Section 10.02] and [Section 10.04] (each such Section as incorporated herein), each of which is expressly intended for the benefit of the Persons referenced therein, this Agreement is not intended to, and shall not, confer any rights or remedies upon any Person other than the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
