Promptly upon written request of the Administrative Agent or any Lender through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of any change in the information provided in any Beneficial Ownership Certification that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified in parts (c) or (d) of any such certification.
