Base Salary. Executive shall be paid a base salary of $150,000 annually ("Base Salary"), subject to applicable federal, state, and local withholding, such Base Salary to be paid to Executive in the same manner and on the same payroll schedule in which all [[the Company:Organization]] Executives receive payment.. Any increases in Executive's Base Salary for years beyond the first year of Executive's employment shall be in the sole discretion of [[the Company:Organization]].

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, Executive’s base salary shall be in an amount set by the Board (or a committee thereof), but under no circumstances will it be less than $320,000 per annum (the “Base Salary”), which salary shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices and shall be subject to customary withholding. The Base Salary shall be subject to annual increases by the Board (or a committee thereof), in its sole discretion, which increases shall thereafter be Executive’s “Base Salary” for all purposes under this Agreement.

Base Salary. Executive’s base salary (the “Base Salary”) will be paid at the rate of $27,083.33 monthly ($325,000 annualized) during the Term. Executive’s Base Salary may be increased by the Compensation Committee and/or Board in their sole discretion, but shall not be decreased without Executive’s consent. Executive’s Base Salary will be paid at periodic intervals in accordance with the [[Organization A:Organization]]’s normal payroll practices for salaried employees.

Base Salary. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay to the Executive a salary of $675,000 per annum, payable consistent with the Company’s standard payroll practices then in effect (“Base Salary”). Such Base Salary shall be reviewed by the Compensation Committee of the Board (hereinafter the “Compensation Committee”) at least annually, with any changes taking into account, among other factors, Company and individual performance.

Base Salary. Executive will receive a base salary (the “Base Salary”), initially at the annualized rate of $1,000,000 per year. The Base Salary shall be payable biweekly in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule and procedures, and will be pro-rated for the current year, as well as any other partial year of employment. Thereafter, Executive’s Base Salary shall be periodically reviewed as a part of the Company’s regular review of compensation, and will be determined by the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”).

Base Salary. The Company shall pay to Executive a base salary at the rate of $300,000 per annum (the “Base Salary”) during the Term (as defined below), less applicable withholdings and deductions in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures. Provided that Executive remains employed by the Company through the Term, the Base Salary shall be payable to Executive in equal installments on a semimonthly basis, in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll procedures. If Executive’s employment with the Company terminates prior to the end of the Term for any reason, the Company shall pay to Executive a pro-rata amount of the Base Salary through the date of Executive’s last day of employment with the Company.

Base Salary. During the Employment Period, the Company will pay to Executive a base salary in the amount of U.S. $775,000 per year (the “Base Salary”), payable in equal bi-weekly or other installments as provided under the Company’s standard payroll practices in effect for senior executives from time to time. Executive’s Base Salary will be reviewed at least annually and, subject to approval of the Committee, the Company may increase Executive’s Base Salary from time to time. The periodic review of Executive’s salary by the Committee will consider, among other things, Executive’s own performance and the Company’s performance.

Base Salary. The Company agrees to pay to Executive a base salary (“Base Salary”) at the annual rate of $475,000.00. The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company may determine in its sole discretion to increase, but not decrease the Base Salary. Payments of the Base Salary shall be payable in equal installments in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll practices.

Base Salary. During the Period of Employment, the Company will pay the Executive a base salary (the “Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices in effect from time to time. Beginning March 13, 2018, the Executive’s Base Salary shall be at an annualized rate of $650,000. (The additional Base Salary due to the Executive as a result of applying such rate of Base Salary to any payroll periods completed prior to the Effective Date will be paid promptly after the Effective Date.) The Board (or a committee thereof) will review the Executive’s rate of Base Salary on a periodic basis (annually, commencing with fiscal year 2019) and may, in its sole discretion, increase, but shall not decrease, the rate then in effect.

Base Salary. Commencing on the Effective Date, the Company will pay Executive an annual salary of $775,000 as compensation for his services (such annual salary, as is then effective, to be referred to herein as "Base Salary"). The Base Salary will be paid periodically in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices and be subject to standard and customary withholdings.

Base Salary. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to a base salary of $25,000.00 per month (which annualizes to $300,000.00 per year), pro-rated for any partial month, less applicable tax and other withholdings (“Base Salary”), which shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices and applicable state and federal law. The Base Salary may be increased but not decreased in the sole discretion of the Board.
