You will remain eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus program, and your target bonus shall remain 85% of your base salary based on both Company performance against objectives as set forth in the Company bonus program and your individual performance. You must remain employed by the Employer through the payout date to receive the payout. For 2024 (paid in 2025), your annual bonus will be prorated based on changes to your base salary during the 2024 plan year.
You will be eligible to participate in the Company’s Bonus Plan at a target level of 65%, with a prorated entitlement in 2019. The bonus is normally paid by April of the following year and is payable only if you are actively employed on the date of payout. In addition, you will participate in our Long-Term Incentive Plan at 100% of base salary also with a prorated entitlement in 2019.
In addition, you will participate in our Corporate Annual Incentive Bonus Program. You will have a target bonus of 70% of your annual base salary, which will be payable on an annual basis and subject to the successful achievement of corporate and personal goals and objectives. If the corporate bonus pool is funded for 2023 performance achievement, your prorated bonus will be calculated as to months in position and will be payable in 2024.
In addition, you will participate in our Corporate Annual Incentive Bonus Program. You will have a target bonus of 50% of your annual base salary, which will be payable on an annual basis and subject to the successful achievement of corporate and personal goals and objectives. If the corporate bonus pool is funded for 2023 performance achievement, your prorated bonus will be calculated as to months in position and will be payable in 2024.
You will also be eligible to participate in our discretionary annual bonus program. Your standard bonus opportunity is 40% of your annual base salary. In a typical year, your bonus percent can range from 0% to 80% of your annual base salary depending on Company and individual performance. Bonuses are determined after year-end and are normally paid out in February. Any bonus for 2022 bonus, paid in February 2023, will not be prorated if you begin your employment on or before February 7, 2022.
