Base Rent: $195,000.00 for the period first calendar month of the Original Term.

Base Rent. Section 3 of the Sublease is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is inserted in lieu thereof:

Base Rent” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.1.
