Deliveries by the Lender. At the Closing, the Lender shall:

balancing of overproduction and underproduction on a gross calorific value basis, determined by comparison of the Natural Gas taken by a Party with that Party’s Participating Interest share of production for the period of time;

Deliveries by Seller at the Closing.

Closing. The closing shall be on April 21, 2017, at which time the deliveries provided for herein shall be made. If no deliveries need be made, the closing shall occur upon execution of this Agreement.
