Notices and Deliveries. All notices, communications and material to be given or delivered hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient upon delivery, when delivered personally or by overnight courier (upon confirmation of receipt) or sent by electronic mail (upon submission), or 72 hours after being deposited in the U.S. mail, as certified or registered mail, with postage prepaid, addressed to the party to be notified at such party’s address as set forth below.

Notices. Any notice required or permitted by this Note shall be in writing and shall be deemed sufficient upon receipt, when delivered personally or by courier, overnight delivery service or confirmed facsimile, or 48 hours after being deposited in the U.S. mail as certified or registered mail with postage prepaid, if such notice is addressed to the party to be notified at such party’s address or facsimile number as set forth below or as subsequently modified by written notice.

All notices, demands or other communications given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed given on the date of personal delivery or confirmed delivery by a nationally recognized overnight courier service, or on the third day after mailing by U.S. certified mail, postage prepaid, with receipt requested, and addressed as follows (or to any other address as any Party may request by written notice):
