Acceptance and adoption of the terms of this Assignment and Assumption by the Assignee and the Assignor by Electronic Signature (as defined in the Credit Agreement) or delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page of this Assignment and Assumption as provided in Section 10.02 of the Credit Agreement shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of this Assignment and Assumption.
