(t) “Stock Award” means a Restricted Stock Award, a Restricted Stock Unit Award, a Stock Appreciation Right, a Performance Stock Award or any Other Stock Award, as such terms are defined under the Plan.

(a) “Award” means any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Unit Award, Share granted as a bonus or in lieu of another Award, Dividend Equivalent, Other Stock-Based Award or Performance Award, together with any other right or interest relating to Shares or other property (including cash), granted to a Participant under the Plan.

“Award” means an award of a Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right, Restricted Stock Award, Stock Unit Award or Stock Award granted under the Plan.

“Award” shall mean any Option, Stock Appreciation Right, award of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Unit, Performance Unit or Other Stock-Based Award granted under the Plan.

“Award” means a grant of Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, Stock Appreciation Rights, or a Cash-Based Award or any combination of the foregoing.

(d) “Award” means an Option, a Stock Purchase Right, or Restricted Stock Units granted in accordance with the terms of the Plan.
