Consideration. The purchase price (the “Purchase Price”) for the assignment of Lease Applications shall be One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand (1,750,000) common shares of ALY, subject to such timing, terms, conditions, and restrictions as may be imposed by the Canadian Venture Exchange (“CDNX”), to be delivered by ALY to IIM on the following schedule.
