Section # No Continued Service Rights. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement confers upon the Director any right with respect to continuance as a director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or affects the right of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries may have to terminate the Director’s position as a director at any time.

Section # No Right to Continued Service as a Director. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon Participant any right to continue to provide services to the Company as a Director.

Section # No Right to Continued Service. Neither the establishment of the Plan nor any provisions of the Plan nor any action of the Board or the Committee with respect to the Plan shall be held or construed to confer upon any Eligible Director any right to a continuation of his or her position with the Corporation as a director or otherwise. The Corporation reserves the right to remove any participating member of the Board or terminate his or her Service in other capacities or change the terms and conditions of any such Service to the same extent it could do so if the Plan had not been adopted.
