No Right to Continued Service. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Grantee any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company. Further, nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed to limit the discretion of the Company to terminate the Grantee's Continuous Service at any time, with or without Cause.

No Right to Continued Employment. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall be construed as giving the Grantee the right to be retained in the employ of, or in any consulting relationship to, the Company. Further, the Company may at any time terminate the employment of the Grantee or discontinue any consulting relationship, free from any liability or any claim under the Plan or this Agreement, except as otherwise expressly provided herein.

No Employment or Service Rights. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement confers upon the Grantee any right to continue in the employ or service of the Company or interferes in any way with the right of the Company to terminate the Grantee’s employment or service at any time.

Neither the Plan nor this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant any right to be retained in any position, as an Employee, Consultant or Director of the Company. The Participant shall not have any rights as a stockholder with respect to any shares of Common Stock subject to the Option prior to the date of exercise of the Option.

Nothing in this Agreement or the Plan shall be interpreted or construed to confer upon Grantee any right with respect to continuance of service with the Company, or with any a Subsidiary or Affiliate, nor shall this Agreement or the Plan interfere in any way with any right of the Company, or a Subsidiary or Affiliate, to terminate Grantee’s service at any time. The Plan may be terminated at any time, and even if the Plan is not terminated, Grantee shall not be entitled to any additional awards under the Plan.

Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate the Grantee's employment, nor confer upon the Grantee any right to continuance of employment by the Company or continuance of service as a Company Board of Directors member.
