Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued employment by the Corporation or any Affiliate or affect in any manner the right of the Corporation or any Affiliate to terminate the employment of any person at any time.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time.

No Rights to Continued Employment. In no event will the granting of the Award or its acceptance by Holder, or any provision of this Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give Holder any right to continued employment by the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company to terminate the employment of any person at any time for any reason.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Service. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by the Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give the Holder any right to continued service as a director of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company, including the Manager, or affect in any manner the right of the Company, any Subsidiary or any affiliate of the Company, including the Manager, to terminate the employment or service of any person at any time.

No Right of Continued Employment. The receipt of this Award does not give the Participant, and nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant, any right to continue in the employment of the Company or any of its Affiliates. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall affect any right which the Company or any of its Affiliates may have to terminate the employment of the Participant.

Award Confers No Rights to Continued Service. In no event shall the granting of the Award or its acceptance by Holder, or any provision of the Agreement or the Plan, give or be deemed to give Holder any right to continued service on the Board.

No Right to Employment or Continued Service. The grant of an Award shall not be construed as giving a Participant the right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or any Affiliate. Nothing in the Plan or any Award Agreement shall limit the right of the Company or an Affiliate at any time to dismiss a Participant from employment or service, free from any liability or any claim under the Plan or the Award Agreement.

No Right to Continued Employment. Nothing in the Plan or in any Award granted under the Plan or in any Award Agreement or other agreement entered into pursuant hereto shall confer upon any Grantee the right to continue in the employ of the Company or any Affiliate or to be entitled to any remuneration or benefits not set forth in the Plan or such Award Agreement or other agreement or to interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any such Affiliate to terminate such Grantee’s employment.

No Right Of Continued Service. The receipt of this Award does not give the Participant, and nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon the Participant, any right to continue in the employment of the Company or any of its Affiliates. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall affect any right which the Company or any of its Affiliates may have to terminate the employment of the Participant.

No Right of Employment; Forfeiture of Award; No Right to Future Awards. Neither the Plan, this Agreement nor any other action related to the Plan shall confer upon the Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or an Affiliate or interfere in any way with the right of the Company or an Affiliate to terminate the Participant’s employment at any time. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan or this Agreement, all rights of the Participant with respect to the unvested portion of the Award shall terminate upon termination of the Participant’s employment with the Company or an Affiliate. The grant of the Award does not create any obligation to grant further awards.
