Available Commitment contract clause examples

Available Commitment” means, at any time, the aggregate Commitments of the Lenders then in effect minus the Aggregate Revolving Exposure (calculated, with respect to any Defaulting Lender, as if such Defaulting Lender had funded its entire Commitment) at such time.

Available Commitment” means, at any time, the aggregate Commitments of all Lenders then in effect minus the Aggregate Credit Exposure at such time.

Available Commitment” means, at any time of determination, the remainder of (a) the Facility Limit at such time minus (b) the Total Outstandings.

Available Commitment. After giving effect to the proposed Borrowing or issuance of Letter of Credit, the Dollar Equivalent of the Principal Obligations will not exceed the Available Commitment; and

"Available Commitment" means the Lender's Total Commitment minus:

Available Commitment means, with respect to a Drawdown Notice, the Total Commitment minus the aggregate amount of all requested Advances in any prior Drawdown Notice for which the Drawdown Date has not yet occurred.
