If driving a personal vehicle, the Directors are afforded automobile liability coverage excess of their own personal automobile insurance under a combination of policies with program limits to $100 million after a self-insured retention of $500,000. If driving a vehicle owned by the Company, personal automobile insurance does not apply.

Business Automobile Coverage:

Automobile Allowance. Employee shall be eligible to receive an automobile allowance equal to $16,250 per year payable in equal installments through the year at such time as payroll payments are made.

Company Vehicle. Melamed will be entitled a monthly automobile allowance of $4,500, and in addition her car insurance, gasoline, repairs and all other automobile costs shall be paid by RoxSan during the term hereof.
