Automobile Liability Insurance. Automobile liability insurance covering the Borrower, including coverage for any owned, leased, non-owned and hired automobiles (if applicable) for both bodily injury and property damage in accordance with statutory legal requirements, with combined single limits of no less than $1,000,000 per accident with respect to bodily injury, property damage or death. To the extent that the Borrower does not own any automobiles, contingent liability for hired, leased and non-owned automobiles (as applicable) may be obtained through endorsement to the general liability policy required in Section 1(c) of this [Schedule 5.17] above. The policy shall include coverage for loading and unloading activities. This policy shall include the Landlord Parties as additional insureds, with endorsements.

Business Automobile Liability Insurance.
