Automobile Allowance. The Company will provide you with a monthly automobile allowance of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).

Automobile Allowance. The Company will pay up to Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars per month for the lease of an automobile of Employee’s choice and will reimburse Employee for all documented fuel costs.

Automobile Allowance. The Executive will receive $750.00 per month as an allowance in respect of automobile expenses, payable monthly, in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule.

Automobile Allowance. The Executive will receive $1,000.00 per month as an allowance in respect of automobile expenses.

Automobile Allowance. The Company shall, until the twelve (12)-month anniversary of the Separation Date, pay to Mr. Haak a monthly automobile allowance of $900.00, less all applicable taxes and withholdings.

Automobile Allowance. Employee shall also receive a monthly automobile allowance of $900.00, less applicable taxes and withholdings, during the term of this Agreement.

Automobile Allowance. The Company shall, until the eighteen (18)-month anniversary of the Separation Date, pay to Mr. O’Donnell a monthly automobile allowance of $1,000, less all applicable taxes and withholdings.

Automobile Allowance. The Executive will receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per month as an allowance in respect of automobile expenses, payable monthly, in accordance with the Company’s payroll schedule.

Automobile Allowance. Executive shall receive an automobile allowance of $1,500 per month, which amount shall be subject to applicable withholdings. Executive acknowledges that Employer makes no representation with respect to the taxability or non-taxability of the benefits provided under this Section 4(c).

Automobile Allowance. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to receive a Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) monthly automobile allowance, payable monthly in advance, in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices, which shall include all costs attendant to the use of the automobile, including, without limitation, liability and property insurance coverage, costs of maintenance and fuel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the amount of the monthly automobile allowance shall be reviewed by the Company annually.
