Cash Management Obligations and other Indebtedness in respect of netting services, automatic clearing house arrangements, employees’ credit or purchase cards, overdraft protections and similar arrangements, in each case incurred in the ordinary course of business;

(i) Obligations in respect of Cash Management Obligations and # other Indebtedness in respect of netting services, automatic clearinghouse arrangements, overdraft protections, employee credit card programs and other cash management and similar arrangements, in each case of clauses (i) and (ii), incurred in the ordinary course of business and any Guarantees thereof;

Cash Management Obligations and other Indebtedness in respect of netting services, overdraft protections and similar arrangements and Indebtedness arising from the honoring of a bank or other financial institution of a check, draft or similar instrument drawn against insufficient funds, (including Indebtedness owed on a short term basis of no longer than 30 days to banks and other financial institutions incurred in the ordinary course of business of Holdings, the Borrowers and their Restricted Subsidiaries with such banks or financial institutions that arises in connection with ordinary banking arrangements to manage cash balances of Holdings, the Borrowers and their Restricted Subsidiaries);

Indebtedness in respect of netting services, overdraft protection, cash pooling arrangements, automatic clearinghouse arrangements, and similar arrangements, employee credit card program in each case, in connection with cash management and deposit accounts;

obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements and other Indebtedness in respect of customary netting services, overdraft protections, employee credit card programs, automatic clearinghouse arrangements, cash management and other similar arrangements and Indebtedness arising from the honoring of a bank or other financial institution of a check, draft or similar instrument drawn against insufficient funds in the ordinary course of business; provided that any such Indebtedness is extinguished within 30 days;

Indebtedness in respect of netting services, automatic clearinghouse arrangements and similar arrangements in each case in connection with deposit accounts incurred in the ordinary course;
