“Bank Products” means any service provided to, facility extended to, or transaction entered into with, any Obligated Party by any Lender or its Affiliate consisting of # deposit accounts, # cash management services, including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements maintained with any Lender or its Affiliates, # debit cards, stored value cards, and credit cards (including commercial credit cards (including so-called “procurement cards” or “P-cards”)) and debit card and credit card processing services or # Hedge Agreements.

“Bank Products” means any service or facility extended to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries by any Lender, or any Affiliate of such Lender, including: # credit cards, # credit card processing services, # debit cards, # purchase cards, # ACH Transactions, # cash management, including controlled disbursement, accounts or services, or # foreign currency exchange agreements or other foreign currency agreements or arrangements.
“Bank Products” means any of the following services provided to any Loan Party by any Bank Product Provider: # any treasury or other cash management services, including deposit accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and other funds transfer, depository (including cash vault and check deposit), zero balance accounts and sweeps, return items processing, controlled disbursement accounts, positive pay, lockboxes and lockbox accounts, account reconciliation and information reporting, payables outsourcing, payroll processing, trade finance services, investment accounts and securities accounts, and # card services, including credit cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), prepaid cards, including payroll, stored value and gift cards, merchant services processing, and debit card services.
“Bank Products” means any services or facilities provided to any Loan Party by any Lender or any of its Affiliates (but excluding Cash Management Services) on account of # credit cards, # Swap Contracts, # purchase cards, # merchant services constituting a line of credit and # leasing.
“Bank Products” shall mean any of the following services provided to any Credit Party by any Bank Product Provider: # any treasury or other cash management services, including deposit accounts, automated clearing house (ACH) origination and other funds transfer, depository (including cash vault and check deposit), zero balance accounts and sweeps, return items processing, controlled disbursement accounts, positive pay, lockboxes and lockbox accounts, account reconciliation and information reporting, payables outsourcing, payroll processing, trade finance services (including standby letters of credit permitted by the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion), investment accounts and securities accounts, and # card services, including credit cards (including purchasing cards and commercial cards), prepaid cards, including payroll, stored value and gift cards, merchant services processing, and debit card services.
“Bank Products” shall mean any one or more of the following types or services or facilities provided to a Borrower or a Guarantor by a Bank Product Provider: # credit cards, debit cards or stored value cards or the processing of credit card, debit card or stored value card sales or receipts, # purchase cards (including so-called “procurement cards” or “P-cards”), # cash management or related services, including # the automated clearinghouse transfer of funds for the account of a Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdraft for any accounts of Borrowers maintained at Administrative Agent or any Bank Product Provider that are subject to the control of Administrative Agent pursuant to any Deposit Account Control Agreement to which Administrative Agent or such Bank Product Provider is a party, as applicable, # controlled disbursement services, and # card-based accounts payable payment services and # Hedge Agreements if and to the extent permitted hereunder.
“Bank Product” shall mean each and any of the following bank products and services provided by any Bank Product Provider: # credit cards for commercial customers (including, without limitation, “commercial credit cards” and purchasing cards), # store value cards, and # depository, cash management, and treasury management services (including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).
“Bank Products” means any services or facilities (other than Cash Management Services) provided to any Loan Party by any Bank Product Provider on account of # credit cards, debit cards, or stored value cards, # so-called “purchase cards,” “p-cards,” or “procurement cards,” # payment card processing services, # merchant services constituting a line of credit, and # Swap Contracts, in each case which has been designated to the Administrative Agent by the Lead Borrower or such Bank Product Provider at the time such Bank Product is entered into (or, in the case of any of the foregoing which are in effect on the Fifth Restatement Effective Date, on the Fifth Restatement Effective Date) as being Obligations under this Agreement.
“Bank Product” means any one or more of the following financial products or accommodations extended to any Loan Party or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries by a Bank Product Provider: # credit cards (including commercial cards (including so-called “purchase cards,” “procurement cards” or “p-cards”)); # payment card processing services; # debit cards; # stored value cards; # Cash Management Services; and # transactions under Hedge Agreements.
