Authorization to Work. Federal law requires that you provide the Company with the legally required proof of your identity and authorization to work in the United States. We will furnish you with a list of acceptable documents. This documentation must be provided within three (3) business days of the date your employment begins, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

Furthermore, you may need a work visa in order to be eligible to work in the United States. If that is the case, your employment will be conditioned upon your obtaining a work visa in a timely manner as determined by the Company and maintaining such visa throughout your tenure with the Company, as it is Company policy to comply with all immigration laws and regulations.

Right to Work. For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your first day of employment with the Company (such first day, your “Start Date”), or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

Work Authorization. This offer of employment is contingent on you being legally authorized to work in the United States, and you will need to complete an 1-9 Employment Verification Form no later than your first day of work.
