Rights to Common Stock. Prior to the delivery of shares of Common Stock to you pursuant to [Section 4(a)] (if applicable), you shall not have any rights in, or with respect to, any of the shares of Common Stock underlying the RSUs, including, but not limited to, any voting rights and the right to receive any dividends (or dividend equivalents) that may be paid or any distributions that may be made with respect to such Common Stock.

Rights to Common Stock. Prior to the delivery of shares of Common Stock to you pursuant to [Section 4(a)] (if applicable), you shallas Shareholder. You will not have any rights in, orof a shareholder prior to the receipt of Your Shares, and will obtain such rights only upon Your receipt of the Shares, at which time You will have all of the rights of a shareholder with respect to, anyto the Shares received upon the vesting of the shares of Common Stock underlying thethose RSUs, including, but not limited to, any voting rights andincluding the right to vote those Shares and receive anyall dividends (or dividend equivalents) that may beand other distributions, if any, paid or any distributions that may be made with respect thereto. Any Shares or cash distributed as dividends with respect to such Common Stock.the Shares underlying the RSUs will be subject to the same vesting schedule as the underlying RSUs and shall be settled as provided in [Section 5].
