Contract Period. The term of your employment under this Agreement shall begin on March 15, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) and, unless terminated earlier as set forth herein, shall continue through and including June 30, 2025. The period from the Effective Date through June 30, 2025 is referred to as the “Contract Period”, even if your employment terminates earlier for any reason.

Contract Period. The term of your employment under this Agreement shall begin on June 21, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) and, unless terminated earlier as set forth herein, shall continue through and including June 20, 2026. The period from the Effective Date through June 20, 2026 is referred to as the “Contract Period”, even if your employment terminates earlier for any reason.

Term. The term of your employment under this Agreement shall commence on September 29, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) and, unless earlier terminated under this Agreement, shall expire on September 28, 2020 (the “Expiration Date”). The period from the Effective Date through the Expiration Date is referred to herein as the “Term” notwithstanding any earlier termination of your employment for any reason.
