"Committee" means the committee or committees of the Board of Directors given authority to administer the Plan as provided in Article 3.

"Committee" means the“Committee” shall mean a committee or committees of the Company’s directors designated by the Board of Directors given authority to administer the Plan as provided in Article 3.Plan.

"Committee" means“Committee” shall mean the committee or committees ofCompensation Committee as designated by the Board of Directors given authorityDirectors, which is authorized to administer the PlanPlan, as provideddescribed in Article 3.[Section 3] hereof.

(j) “Committee” means the committeeone or more committees or subcommittees of the Board of Directors given authorityappointed by the Board to administer the Plan as provided in [Article 3].accordance with Section 4 below.
