Subject to the restrictions on assignment herein contained, this Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns.

Except as herein contained,otherwise expressly provided, this Agreement shall ensurebe binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto andhereto, their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns.

This Agreement shall ensurebe binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors,heirs, legal representativesrepresentatives, successors and assigns.

ASSIGNMENT. This Agreement shall ensurebe binding upon and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives and assigns.representatives. Neither this Agreement, nor any right hereunder, may be assigned by either party (in whole or in part) without the prior written consent of the other party hereto.
