Consents. [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have received any and all Necessary Consents necessary to permit the effectuation of the Transactions; and [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have received such Necessary Consents and waivers of such third parties as might assert claims with respect to the Collateral, as [[Organization B:Organization]] and its counsel shall deem necessary;

Consents. [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have received any and all Necessary Consents necessary to permit the effectuation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Other Documents in respect of the Applicant Borrower; and [[Organization B:Organization]] shall have received such Necessary Consents and waivers of such third parties as could reasonably be expected to assert claims with respect to the Collateral;
