Auctions. Tenant shall not conduct, nor permit to be conducted, either voluntarily or involuntarily, any auction or going-out-of-business sale upon the Premises or the Common Areas.

Tenant shall not conduct or give notice of any auction, liquidation, or going out of business sale in the Premises.

Tenant shall not conduct, nor permit to be conducted, either voluntarily or involuntarily, any auction upon the Premises or the Property. The holding of any auction on the Premises or Common Areas in violation of this [Section 13.33] shall constitute a default hereunder.

Except as otherwise set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall not conduct or permit to be conducted any sale by auction in, upon or from the Premises, whether voluntary, involuntary or pursuant to any assignment for the payment of creditors or pursuant to any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings.
