Attorneys' Fees. In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto arising out of the terms, conditions and obligations expressed in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection therewith.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event any Party hereto shall commence legal proceedings against the other to enforce the terms hereof, or to declare rights hereunder, as the result of a breach of any covenant or condition of this Agreement, the prevailing Party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing Party its costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys' fees, as may be fixed by the court.

Attorneys Fees. In the event any Party hereto shall commence legal proceedings against the other to enforce the terms hereof, or to declare rights hereunder, as the result of a breach of any covenant or condition of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such breach of an covenant or condition of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing party its costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as may be fixed by the court.

Attorneys’ Fees: In the event a dispute arises regarding this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party its actual attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event a party hereto institutes a proceeding against the other party hereto for a claim arising out of or to enforce this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such proceeding.

Attorney’s Fees. In the event that there is any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or to the interpretation, breach or enforcement thereof, and any action or proceeding is commenced to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to a reasonable attorney’s fee, costs and expenses.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any action is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the substantially prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses in addition to any other relief to which such prevailing party may be entitled.

Attorneys’ Fees. In any court action at law or equity that is brought by one of the parties to this Agreement to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other relief to which that party may be entitled.

Enforcement: In the event that a dispute arises out of or is related to this Agreement resulting in litigation, the prevailing party in any such litigation shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred at the trial and appellate levels, including attorney’s fees and costs related to establishing entitlement to, a reasonable amount of, attorney’s fees and costs.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any Party initiates any legal action to enforce any provision of this Agreement or any Exhibit attached hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs as determined by the court.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any of the parties hereto shall commence any action or proceeding against any or all of the other parties that arises out of the provisions of this Agreement or to recover damages as the result of the alleged breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party (and the court shall award to the prevailing party) all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
