Attorneys' Fees. In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto arising out of the terms, conditions and obligations expressed in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection therewith.

Attorneys Fees. In the event that either party consults or retains an attorney to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such dispute or litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred.

If any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought by a party hereto against any other party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled).

Attorneys' Fees and Costs. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.

In any proceeding brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or to seek damages for a breach of any provision hereof, or when any provision hereof is validly asserted as a defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party all reasonable attorneys fees and costs in connection therewith.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party brings an action to enforce or effect its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such an action.

In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right of such prevailing party under or with respect to this Agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.

Attorney’s Fees. Should any action be commenced between the parties to this Agreement concerning the matters set forth in this Agreement or the right and duties of either in relation thereto, the prevailing party in such action shall be entitled, in addition to such other relief as may be granted, to a reasonable sum as and for its attorney’s fees and costs.

In the event any Party hereto shall commence legal proceedings against the other to enforce the terms hereof, or to declare rights hereunder, as the result of a breach of any covenant or condition of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing party its costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as may be fixed by the court.
