Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that suit be brought hereon, or an attorney be employed or expenses be incurred to compel payment of this Note or any portion of the indebtedness evidenced hereby, or to enforce any rights or remedies of Holder under this Note in accordance therewith, Maker promises to pay all such attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of investigation as actually incurred by Holder as a result thereof and including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses of investigation incurred in appellate proceedings or in any action or participation in, or in connection with, any case or proceeding under Chapters 7, 11 or 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code or any successor thereto.

Costs of Collection. Should the indebtedness represented by this Note, or any part hereof, be collected at law, in equity, or in any bankruptcy, receivership or other court proceeding, or this Note be placed in the hands of any attorney for collection after default, Maker agrees to pay, in addition to the principal and interest due hereon, all reasonable attorneysfees, plus all other costs and expenses of collection and enforcement, including any fees incurred in connection with such proceedings or collection of the Note and/or enforcement of Holder’s rights.

EXPENSES. In the event any payment under this Note is not paid when due, the Maker agrees to pay, in addition to the principal and interest hereunder, reasonable attorneys' fees plus all other reasonable expenses incurred by Payee or Holder in exercising any of its rights and remedies upon default.
