ATTORNEYS FEES. In the event [[Organization A:Organization]] hereof shall refer this Note to an attorney to enforce the terms hereof, [[Organization B:Organization]] agrees to pay all the costs and expenses incurred in attempting or effecting the enforcement of [[Organization A:Organization]]'s rights, including reasonable attorney's fees, whether or not suit is instituted.

Costs and Fees. [[Organization A:Organization]] agrees to pay the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s reasonable costs in collecting and enforcing this Note, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Payment of Expenses. [[Organization A:Organization]] agrees to pay all reasonable charges and expenses, including attorneys' fees and expenses, which may be incurred by [[Organization B:Organization]] in successfully enforcing this Note and/or collecting any amount due under this Note.
