Attorneys’ Fees. If any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought by a party hereto against any other party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled).

Attorneys Fees. In any proceeding brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or to seek damages for a breach of any provision hereof, or when any provision hereof is validly asserted as a defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party all reasonable attorneys fees and costs in connection therewith.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party brings an action to enforce or effect its rights under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in connection with such an action.

Attorneys' Fees. In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right of such prevailing party under or with respect to this Agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.

Attorneys' Fees and Costs. If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce or interpret the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees, costs and necessary disbursements in addition to any other relief to which he may be entitled.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any of the parties hereto shall commence any action or proceeding against any or all of the other parties that arises out of the provisions of this Agreement or to recover damages as the result of the alleged breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party (and the court shall award to the prevailing party) all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Attorneys’ Fees. In any action to enforce any right or remedy under this Agreement, to recover any damages or other relief on account of any breach of or default under this Agreement, or to interpret any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover its costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) reasonably incurred in connection with such action or any appeal thereof.

Attorneys Fees. In the event that either party consults or retains an attorney to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such dispute or litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred.

Attorneys’ Fees. In the event that either Party employs attorneys to enforce any right arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

Attorney’s Fees. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, should either party hereto institute any action or proceeding in court to enforce any provision hereof or for damages by reason of any alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement or for any other judicial remedy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the losing party all reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses and all mediation, arbitration and court costs in connection with said proceeding.
