In addition, Landlord shall, upon demand, be paid byentitled to all reasonable attorneysfees and all other reasonable costs incurred in the other party, which obligation on the partpreparation and service of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the dateany notice or demand hereunder, regardless of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not thea action is prosecuted to judgment.subsequently commenced, or incurred in connection with any contested matter or other proceeding in bankruptcy court concerning this Lease.

AttorneysFees. InIf Landlord places the event that either enforcement of this Lease, or should bring suit forany part thereof, or the collection of any Rent due, or to become due hereunder, or recovery of possession of the Premises, forPremises in the recoveryhands of an attorney, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, upon demand, Landlord’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, whether incurred without trial, at trial, appeal or review. In any sum due under this Lease,action which Landlord or because ofTenant brings to enforce its respective rights hereunder, the breach of any provision of this Lease or for any other relief against the other, thenunsuccessful party shall pay all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneysfees, incurred by the prevailing party thereinincluding reasonable attorneys’ fees, to be fixed by the court, and said costs and attorneys’ fees shall be paid by the other party, which obligation on thea part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgment.judgment in said action.
