Attorneys’ Fees. In the event any Party hereto shall commence legal proceedings against the other to enforce the terms hereof, or to declare rights hereunder, as the result of a breach of any covenant or condition of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the losing party its costs of suit, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, as may be fixed by the court.

Attorneys Fees. Attorneys’ Fees. In the event a party hereto institutes a proceeding against the other party hereto for a claim arising out of or to enforce this Agreement, the losing party shall pay the reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such proceeding.

Attorneys Fees. In any proceeding brought to enforce any provision of this Agreement, or to seek damages for a breach of any provision hereof, or when any provision hereof is validly asserted as a defense, the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive from the other party all reasonable attorneys fees and costs in connection therewith.

Attorneys' Fees. In the event that any suit or action is instituted to enforce any provision in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such dispute shall be entitled to recover from the losing party all fees, costs and expenses of enforcing any right of such prevailing party under or with respect to this Agreement, including without limitation, such reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys and accountants, which shall include, without limitation, all fees, costs and expenses of appeals.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any action or proceeding relating to this Agreement, or the enforcement of any provision of this Agreement is brought by a party hereto against any other party hereto, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and disbursements (in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party may be entitled).

Attorneys' Fees. In the event of any litigation between the parties hereto arising out of the terms, conditions and obligations expressed in this Agreement, the prevailing party in such litigation shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in connection therewith.

Attorneys Fees. In the event that either party consults or retains an attorney to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party in any such dispute or litigation shall be entitled to recover from the other party its reasonable attorneys fees and costs incurred.

Attorneys’ Fees. If any of the parties hereto shall commence any action or proceeding against any or all of the other parties that arises out of the provisions of this Agreement or to recover damages as the result of the alleged breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover from the non-prevailing party (and the court shall award to the prevailing party) all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
