#[[Organization A:Organization]] Indemnification. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall be responsible for and control Production. [[Organization A:Organization]] shall indemnify and hold [[Organization B:Organization]] harmless from and against any actual incurred Liability, including reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements, arising out of any third-party claim for death, injury or damage to property resulting from Production.

#[[Organization B:Organization]] Indemnification. [[Organization B:Organization]] shall be responsible for use of the Products in the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s finished consumer packaged goods (“[[Organization B:Organization]]’s Products”). [[Organization B:Organization]] shall indemnify and hold harmless [[Organization A:Organization]] from and against any actual incurred Liability, including reasonable attorneys' fees and disbursements, arising out of any third-party claim for death, injury or damage to property resulting from sale or use of the [[Organization B:Organization]]’s Products.
